Districts are sponsoring the youth ages 18-30 to join the training.

This is the first time Rotaract leadership has been officially invited to participate in PETS and you will be part of our developing history. Take advantage of the opportunity to learn a new approach to decision-making while networking with peers. Learn about the latest changes to the relationship between Rotaract and Rotary International. Find innovative solutions to the world’s most pressing challenges while developing leadership skills and networking with Rotaract and Rotary leaders from Arizona, California and Nevada. Meet and interact with Rotary International President-Elect, Holger Knack. Find out about what is planned for your Rotary District in the coming year. By attending the Rotaract session, you will be on the cutting edge; knowledgeable about the potential that developing changes offer us to address major issues locally and around the world.

Rotaract Think Tank Session – Mitty Chang with Rotary and Rotaract facilitators
Fueled by “Design Thinking”, this collaborative session will combine the minds of passionate Rotaract leaders and Rotaract Champions to develop innovative ideas for growing Rotaract while strengthening the bond between Rotary and Rotaract Clubs. A variety of Rotaract issues will be addressed while giving everyone the opportunity to learn a successful and effective collaborative process for quick, effective decision-making and timely implementation.
11:10 – 11:30
Changes to the relationship – Erika Emerick, Rotary International Youth Services/ Interact Program Specialist.
Learn about the latest changes taking place with Rotary International and Rotaract. What are the implications for local Rotary and Rotaract Clubs.

Q and A with the team followed by closing thoughts and vision for the future
